Carrier Tape
A wide range of carrier tapes are available, in standard version and customer specific versions, Supported width are 8, 12, 16, 24 in single sprocket version, and 32 and 44mm in double sprocket version, pocket depth up to 12mm.
With experience in complete production process from design to production our team is highly competitive in short design to market time, small lots and short order to delivery time. Our lab with all necessary measuring equipment enhance quality of our products.
Materials
PS - conductive black, non-conductive black / transparent. Other materials on request.
Cover Tape & Plastic Reels
Heat activated and Pressure sensitive cover tapes are available, both in antistatic version or without antistatic properties, regarding of your requirements. A high transparency enables optical inspection of the packed components. With all our cover tapes a compatibility with our carrier tape is assured.
Plastic reels are available in white or black version, D180mm as a one piece reels, and D330 as a two piece click reel in order to save transport space.
Taping Service
On our customers demand we have established also in house taping service. A packing of various components in our carrier tapes sealing with heat activated or pressure sensitive cover tapes is available. In the packaging process all necessary controls and test are according to customer specifications and cooperation. ESD workplaces are available for static sensitive components.
